Load and More! and is it any surprise. How many people over the last five years since 2008 has IF fit destroyed in general, no they aren’t per say destroying but they are doing so much better than before when they were actually enjoying the training bit.. I guess you could say, which was pretty big up until about 3-4 years ago? And after all these years why is crossfit scared of talking about steroids? Sign Up For Our Free Newsletter And Get The Latest Tips And Advice If you’ve ever walked into a Crossfit gym, it’s unlikely that you don’t know what the hell they’re talking about. They shout-out workouts like “Murph” (3 rounds of 400 meter run) and talk about eating…well, like they eat. Add to that sponsorship deals with companies which can bring in thousands of dollars in TV advertising revenue per event, sponsorships at athletes’ gyms across the country (like Jay Leno’s Garage), global travel packages for team coaches and volunteers…it gets pretty darn expensive very quickly! Then there are prize money guarantees worth $50k per event ($100k total this year), hefty appearance payments ($5-$20K) paid out to national teams participating in certain events around the world including Australia ($2000), UK ($10K), Switzerland ($8K/event), New Zealand ($8K/event), Korea ($7000/evet + experience fee between 3000
