Why Did Josh Bridges Do So Poorly At Crossfit 2017?

The CrossFit Community was swift to point out his failings this morning, shaming him on social media and in the comments of articles. Now he’s been dropped from a podcast after making a homophobic comment.

What nonsense! Josh Bridges is a happily married man with two children who simply wasn’t cut out for life as a competitive athlete. He should have no issue being honest about that and I bet he landed on his feet better than so many others did when they started their training lives at CFHQ or any other gym.

What’s more embarrassing here is Christians taking photos of themselves doing push-ups while wearing “Christ Played Basketball Like A God” shirts. They wear these because they think it makes them look muscular but you can tell from the picture above that Josh Bridges dwarfed them all before his noobish arrogance got him kicked off the CrossFit Games stage floor. That kind of humiliation will keep him humble forever, I promise you!

Why Does Crossfit Fit Make Everything A Circuit?

My biggest challenge when it comes to circuit-based workouts is always figuring out how to make them fit in with my life. I have a full time job and don’t work it from home, which means when I get done at work, I need to find a way to get back into the gym and get something accomplished for myself or else that will just eat up all of my free time. So this fits beautifully into what we did today: we did 1 round of light crossfit WODs (which included burpees), then 1 high intensity workout (we ran 7800 meters), and THEN our rest period. It’s such an effective system, but it does take some planning on your part! How many sets do you need? What should your rest periods be? How long should your cool down be? Should you do one circuit for strength/cardio/body weight workouts OR 2 separate circuits each day (one that includes resistance and one that doesn’t) based on different goals like fat loss or endurance? The possibilities are endless! You can really take advantage of any opportunity you have, whether it’s running errands while listening to tunes while cruising through shopping malls; making sure you hit up the bathroom BEFORE you go shopping instead of after; or simply getting lost in thought during other people’s stories while hanging out with friends at Starbucks…really anything works! And definitely remember CORRECT FORM!! Corset training almost gets thrown under
