crossfit doesn’t do much to build mass. the people who see themselves as flexible are obsessed with holding some shit that they can’t budge, and thats just pathetic.

That’s probably because those retards think it will somehow improve their personal appearance. I’ve seen a lot of them doing pushups and running on a treadmill “to get better abs” or “working on stamina” or something retarded like that That’s probably because those retards think it will somehow improve their personal appearance. that’s not surprising considering many bodybuilding folks saw megyn kelly do 10 minutes of thousands of pushups and crunches which involved screaming and moaning about how her immense herculean strength is what makes up for all her lack luster flexibility – one of the most ridiculous things ive ever heard – only to proceed to stand up after every few seconds – yawn … i mean shes got zero core stability during any exercise, whats considered functional training? lol! just ask any coach if its okay if your form goes off whilst you’re resting…

Today’s Workout of the Day
is coming to you from the beautiful mountains of the Pasig River in Las Piñas City, Philippines. “I was not sure when I chose this location (and it’s very early in the temperature season) but I thought in order to make it realistic in my mind, they should start this workout outdoors in the morning when it is still dark and cold! So fortunately for me my colleagues agreed with me on how natural this would look like. As mentioned, here were some reasons why we chose this place: – The gym equipment was already set up so we just had to keep finishing our work outside at the poolside until calling time because there wasn’t enough time to accomplish everything inside. Also, even if we did get all our work done indoors, there could have been a problem because of equipment malfunctioning or something along those lines that could have prevented us from running a proper training session. And yes, there were also other reasons why we did not do a typical indoor training session that involve weather conditions almost being too extreme because of its season being too late during peak monsoon season!”
