Why Are Most Crossfit Trainers Out Of Shape?

Crossfit is a workout program that takes cross training to the next level. Crossfitters explore variety of exercise routine including running, rowing and gymnastics in order to build endurance and improve their functional fitness. A common question that I often get from my clients is why most trainers at CF do not have an athletic background. The truth lies somewhere in between these two points. Now some trainers never had a chance to play sports, either because of lack of opportunities or lack of talent but many find themselves with a large enough client base where they can make ends meet without working a desk job. Many users of CrossFit who were athletes before are more fit now then when they started using CrossFit because they eventually “figured it out” on the way their endorphins worked around their muscles after years of activity/inactivity, injury prevention and more specific ways to use them for better performance.

Who Was The Female Who One The 2017 Crossfit Games?

You might have seen the girl who won the 2017 Crossfit Games push-ups title. I am sure many of you know what bodybuilding elite competitor Amberlee Grimes is, but for those who don’t here’s a quick recap: Amberlee Grimes (AKA America’s Next Top Model competitor) was one of nine athletes that entered into this year’s Crossfit Games. She ended up winning all six events she competed in; muscle-up ladder, muscle-up pull-ups, handstand walk to overhead press. Also, her performance helped “us against 700+ athletes to take home home both individual and team titles! Not bad for a first timer at the Games!”, writes Amberlee on her Instagram page.
