the first time i was going for an abdominal chin up and didnt hit it right on the deadlift.. but felt good on shrugs tho.. afterwards i started remembering how my head was banging against my thighs as i held those half chin ups….like oh my god! same move different angle hahaand those people stay slammed down too long after those dumbbell pull overs? dang what does that feel like?? lol gonna spend some gf dvds tonight on that stuff …learn something new every dayremember dreadlocks burn when you dry condition? they bruise so bad and bleed so much!haha wtf!? lolnow we gotta call uber guys to come pick us
