Just an observation on how today’s lifters are viewed – I was completely ignored by all the top lifts, and only told I hit three big numbers during my Q/A session with Tia Moore after she’d spoken to everyone else who had missed that mark. Then again, there were probably just as many people hitting PRs that day as any other ordinary day! Roid or not, it seems we’ve all been left out in the cold by the powerlifters again…

Where was this? How Often Should Crossfit Hero Wods Be Proggramed?

Crossfit Hero Wods should be programmed twice a week. On Thursday and Sunday. During the last weeks of Phase 1 we’re going to push the intensity up some more so you might have to workout 4 times a week instead of 2 by the end of Phase 1. To make sure this is all safe and maintainable, you have to do each workout at least 4-5 times in a row before increasing. If you never feel comfortable or strong enough on one exercise, don’t worry about it! Simply alternate your chosen exercises with a different definition for definition days anyway during your workouts.
