what did you do with the rest of the work out?
My good friend Jeff called me today and asked me that same question. He is also looking to find a solution for his post-op rotator cuff pain. I am currently on crutches, but my surgeon has assured me he can get my wrist/arm taken care of (he had another patient in yesterday too, so thats why).
It was not quite 6am when I got off of the crossfit gymnasium floor after tearing it up with 237lb 10lbs over what I train at normally. It was definitely not easy watching all my competitors move past me with ease. The experience was something that wasn’t even possible to prepare for in any way shape or form, there were no expectations going in to this day other than just being able to have fun competiting in an event that only lasts 2 hours.
I decided prior to leaving for wednesday’s competition that if I could achieve double body weight squat reps on bench press then i would be happy…………what happened? An Who Identifies As 6-Year-Old Dominates Crossfit Kids Class?
(VIDEO) Just when you think you’ve seen it all, this video comes along. While at the world renowned Crossfit gym in Los Angeles, one 6-year-old child was dominating his peers in one of the toughest fitness programs out there. The boy was named Judah Miller and he’s quickly making a name for himself after having scored an impressive average workout rating of 9 during last year’s Crossfit Games. Judah’s real age is already being questioned by critics but his parents are more than happy to have him keep being called 6-years old so long as he keeps growing larger every day. His mother says her son “doesn’t even get tired anymore, because his body doesn’t have that much energy any longer… He just gets stronger every day. And I think that is what helps him do all these things. You can see how strong he is … He weighs probably about 70 pounds now… When he sleeps at night, I tell him I love him and then I climb into bed with him and we fall asleep together on top of the covers laughing about something or other.” Now if only more kids were encouraged to rock their sick grinds like this little guy!
