i am going to be starting a family and couldnt think of a better way to keep fit / healthy than crossfit. any advice on which classes would be good for me to take in terms of how harmful they might be?
I love CrossFit, I support it even though I never joined. But from reading these blogs post about how much their muscles grow, I can’t help but wonder if it’s really sustainable. How Many Steps On Average Doing Crossfit For An Hour??
Hey guys, I think this is a good topic 🙂 There are plenty of general fitness assessments that will tell you how many calories your body burns. For example, if you run for 45 minutes at 5 mph with no breaks then the average caloric burn would be about 340 calories. You can jot down your activity and total calorie burn in a small journal or notebook and then do it again the next day to get an accurate estimate. If you haven’t yet checked out www.myfitnesspal.com/calorie-counter it’s kind of like a nutrition bar where you can track what food or drinks you eat and track how many calories they contain so that gives another way to keep an eye on your calories burned throughout the day without having to do calisthenics all day long!
