I am looking for the best places in the tri-cities for crossfit-type of training (weightlifting, endurance, mobility etc..), CrossFit workouts don’t start off with running around behind bars doing strength moves. You do NOT need to be an Olympic Athlete or a powerlifter to get fit and healthy through CrossFit.

It is easy enough for me to do an “easy go” of a workout on a weekend and still feel challenged by a hard or fast-paced workout the following week.
