Boulder’s Best CrossFit Gym

” according to our users. It is a small, intimate gym where you can get a personal workout from a certified coach. They only have a few classes a day, which varies each week and typically feature an instructor or two who are also elite-level CrossFit athletes. CrossFit Boulder’s website lists the following as their Core Values: hospitality, no non-human animals harmed during training/the venue (except for humans), respect the earth and all creatures within it by taking care of it, be respectful of those that need assistance, live with purpose and passion for life, don’t break the rules, etc. I would say these are good values but they could use some more clarification on what exactly is meant by “be respectful of those that need assistance” – does this include other people in your class or family members? Is being responsible for others part of being professional? What do you think? Full disclosure – I own shares in CrossFit Boulder so no conflict here 🙂 In case you were wondering!
