How Often Do You Have To Revalidate Crossfit Certificate?
I’ve heard of people getting their C-fit on the first try and some who needed multiple tries. The easiest way to know how many times you’ll need to revalidate is if you use the 80% rule: For every 20 WODs or workouts you do, go back after five weeks and see what your PR was for that workout. If it was less than 80%, then keep repeating until it’s more than 80%. If it was more than that, then wait till it gets under 80% before trying again. You may want to go by different percentages for different WODs so as not to waste time on a workout you already nailed or repeatedly revalidating a favorite routine each time a new one comes up.
