it seems to me you don’t have one.. is this correct?
Xanadu Correct. You can use a sled or box with your knee warmers on it for deadlifts. If you are using the banded warmups, however, there should be no need to place anything with support under the knees at all. Just stand back about two feet from the box and hold onto it for support/balance if needed!

How Much Are You Paid For Winning Crossfit Games?
The CrossFit Games, the annual competition that determines who’s best at the sport of fitness, offers one of the highest rewards in sports. Athletes earn cash prizes, awarded proportionate to their finish according to where they place within each event (first place earns $250; second place earns $200; third place earns $150; fourth through 10th earn $100). The top men and women get paid by Reebok after the games’ conclusion, while everyone else gets an invite for their next season from Nike or Reebok. In addition to money, athletes also receive a brand new car from Toyota if they make it into the top five finishers. In 2010, CrossFit released “True Grit,” a documentary based on members of its high-intensity gym with Sundance Channel airing on July 7 at 9 p.m.; besides getting a TV premiere release party in Los Angeles with James Cameron as keynote speaker – he will be CEO of his business after this film – amateur athletes can win a free membership at any franchise location for three months following the end of the competition.
UCF defeated the Spartans 66-64 in extra time to win the 2019 National Invitation Tournament (NIT) Championship game. The Knights advanced to their third final four in school history, becoming bowl eligible for the fourth straight season for the first time in program history. The previous three years, UCF has played in 11 different postseason games without winning a game, including two NIT appearances and an appearance in the 2015 Russell Athletic Bowl. The Knights suffered through nine losses this season before defeating Wright State twice, Pacific once and Texas A&M once over its last four games of the regular season. Then came wins against No. 7-ranked Ohio State and No. 4 Gonzaga by an average margin of 13 points per game in back-to-back weeks to capture its first major championship since 2014’s American Athletic Conference title game when it also defeated another Akron team in 2009 en route to that conference crown and 14th overall as a member of that league then known as Great Midwest Conference (GMC).
