CrossFit For Beginners is all about getting you as fast as possible. Proper warmup and stretching make a huge difference in your ability to perform, and some of it will help here, too. Just like the other workouts on this page, make sure you also dole out a hearty amount of chalk before starting this workout. A good rule of thumb is that if you can’t feel your hands or feet when they’re dry, then apply chalk at least an hour before working out. If you have difficulty maintaining form after 20-30 minutes with no chalk residue on your hands or feet, then apply more chalk even during rests between sets.
