Crossfit Workout Diane, Who Was Diane??
There is a lot of confusion in the world today about what a “workout” is. We all have to go to our jobs everyday. And going to work isn’t being productive, right? Many people come into our gym thinking that just by showing up they can benefit from their time spent here. Think again! In order for you to get any results from your time at Iron Reveal, you have got to learn how to workout properly – and when I say workout, I don’t mean being active in a regular non-specialized way. What we are talking about here is acting like athletes or performance based athletes, because these are people who do extreme sports where fitness and strength gains matter the most because this applies directly in sport specific activity such as training for life saving events such as triathlons and going out on an open water adventure race with 30-45 other competitors that lasts approximately 24 hours against nature’s elements, or if it’s speed racing that even lasts less than 15 minutes but instead involves overpasses etc., etc.. So you see there really aren’t many chores around here because everything revolved around having fun through fitness and strength enhancement while at it! Those who take advantage of this will reap great rewards: Having fun while working hard AND gaining muscularity AND bone density AND healthy hair follicles AND seeing increase LBM (lean body mass).
