It seems like a perfect storm for a rapid weight change. The people in this post must have been hanging out with each other for too long or maybe something else but from what I read adding up their caloric intake over that period of time these guys went from being lean as whip to ballooning out at 240 lbs in 2 years. So basically before both these guys were completely shredded and after seeing their post they must have given up on working out and probably ate like shit all the way through university and got fat, so now they stick to paleo which requires them to eat things like near 1,000 calories per day depending on how serious you want to take it because you can’t spend all your days doing cardio and not be able to buy food. Personally if someone told me that my life was going down the tubes due because one day I let myself go unwatched by 3 pounds i would tell him he was full of shit then just run naked into traffic screaming “GOD HATES US ALL!”
