Why Are Some People Who Do Crossfit Jacked?

A lot of Crossfitters work out for the goal of getting in shape and looking great at a certain weight. Because of its reputation in public perception, many believe that Crossfit causes their muscles to be ripped, which leads them to think therefore they must do crossfit. But there is little evidence even if this was true, it still wouldn’t mean that all people who lift get bulkier muscles after training at CF.
