What Is The Difference In Wods Time Task Crossfit Programming?

The main difference in WODs time is the length of the workout, shorter workouts are usually more intense and harder working. A short workout can have a high intensity or very high intensity which will be relatively difficult to complete within the allotted time limit. Longer workouts can be an extra long set of clean & jerks, rope climbs or Buddy WODs where you work with another person for one hour. We advise that even though your time is up it does not mean that you stop! You should continue working until all 6 rounds are completed, this includes resting between each round.

! Summary: “I want to know why my attacker felt so compelled to attack me.” This is the first step, and the hardest. Lily Evans had always wondered why her attacker’s eyes were covered by black tape. On their third date, she decided to ask him about it for the first time, he immediately ran off into an alleyway. A week later she caught up with him again (the guy was like a leprechaun), he pushed her into some bushes and ripped open her shirt before ravaging all over her body violently! After that she switched tactics, at least this time she got some answers. She still had absolutely no idea if her boyfriend was truly innocent or not (he wasn’t very convincing), but she could piece together at least one of his reasons… The third reason ended up being the most important one; Lily learned that once you beat someone in a fight they can never hit back… yeah… I don’t know how else to put it except “POTENTIAL ONCE YOU DESTROYED THEM”, these guys literally have PTSD from that point on! It was sweet of him to want this after everything he’d been through… I am glad Lily just let it go though! However, normally I would have loved showing exactly what happens afterwards so yay “more explaining” hahaha.. oh well.. Not a horribly spectacular chapter regardless haha Warnings: Mild Character Death(s) Mentioning past
