CrossFit converts the GPP2,3,4 to GPP5. You start with bodyweight movements and then progress to weighted movements. I usually do 3-5 rounds of ten exercises at bodyweight before moving on to heavy weight barbell lifts for one set of 5-10 reps at a time until failure.

My favorite workout day is 20-minute AM session. It’s really just working on technique and building anaerobic capacity/cardio fitness, which will benefit me all 365 days of the year.
