What Is Better Exercise, Crossfit Or Running?

I’m not a weightlifter, but I would say Crossfit. Running is fantastic… But if you want structure and consistency, Crossfit fits your lifestyle better.

In order to make it through the workouts without getting hurt or wasting time, do you have any workout tips?

Practice your warm up and cool down … especially post-workout and on rest days! You should never just go into workout mode on an empty stomach. If that’s all you had for breakfast then no worries, but if it’s cereal with milk and maybe some chocolate milk — just NO — come prepared! While we’re at it: stretch as often as possible throughout the day as well as before bedtime. And communicate with others about specific workouts so they can help you meet goals together! We all need each other in this gym family 🙂

How Many People Qualify For Crossfit Regionals Per Region??
