What if my life is too crazy for me to commit to the hours of practice it takes? I’m working 60 hour weeks in my real job with 2 kids right now and an 18 yr old that will be gone soon! I don’t have time for this!
Most people can fit in at least 1 hour or so every day…at least if their are committed enough to see the results they deserve. The quality of your runs WILL IMPROVE as you are willing to put in more effort!
