I think the important parts are to do all workouts you can even if it’s just 10 min, don’t wait for the perfect time of day/weekend etcetera . And eat right , but not obsess about food all day long. Who Will Compete At The Crossfit Games 2019? Crossfit has taken the fitness world by storm.
