The difference is that the C and T will be held at shoulder width apart, instead of parallel to each other. this allows you to swing your body through the transition from the bottom back up to the top. You can submit an application as early as January 1st and as late as February 28th. There may be a delay however, depending on how many applications we receive and the standards we use to select those who qualify. If you’ll be traveling for meets or vacations that will likely be the deadline right before the CrossFit Games, which is usually mid-May through June. How Does The Deadline Work?
