No problem! We will get to this in a minute. For now, let’s bring it back to the original question: “What is Crossfit?”
Before we can answer this question, we must first define what it means for something to be “excellent.” The best way I know how to do that is by imagining a product or an app that is perfect without flaws. Now, there is no such product or app in the world of human beings. So my definition is going to have some flaws – but let’s face it – most people think they are pretty close to being excellent anyway. We could make another list of things that are not excellence – things like pointless jobs and jobs where most employees suffer from pain and suffering at their job every day… And then there would still be people who try to find ways around those rules and regulations through creative thinking and dedication – but honestly if you have paid average attention over the past week or so with your eyes open instead of blacked out from all those video games playing on your phone, then yes as a general rule these ideas above probably fit into this category as well as anything else outside of perfection itself… But what about extremely successful companies? Crossfit thrives on. . . I’m not sure what to call it, but let’s say enthusiasm: enthusiasm and passion and drive and perseverance and hope for a great outcome. Steadiness of determination is also essential—you don’t want to give up after the first five minutes of trying out Crossfit at your gym. NFL Football Wives Football has always been associated with win-at all costs boosters who see NFL as “big business” rather than as a true sport which requires talent, skill, intelligence and above all else, hard work. These people talk about sacrifices made by NFL players for their teams but do these same fans walk around in their shoes? Do they practice their religion? Do they lie down in front of buses during rush hour so others can use the crossroads? Can they volunteer to help someone or go without food so that others can eat? Recent Posts
