I’Ve Been Doing Crossfit For A Year – Why Is My Waist Expanding??
by Michelle Eberle I currently weigh 133 pounds – so I am always concerned about body composition. Sure, everyone wants to look like Victoria’s Secret models but the reality is that most women do not possess the talent or genetics to be that way. Everyone would wish for these bodies but few people are willing to spend the time, energy and effort it takes to achieve this level of shapely perfection. Physical shape has a major influence on confidence levels, moods and overall sense of well-being. Of course there are other reasons why you may want to improve your shape but first lets first dismiss some common misconceptions surrounding body type concerns: 1) You should ask others for advice on fitness programs because many people don’t really know how best to advise someone preparing for fitness competitions, men or women depending on what you are competing in – if any at all! Your primary concern should be how your regimen will benefit both yourself as an individual ’and’ those around you! The road ahead will be tough so gather support along the way by encouraging each other towards goals you feel passionate about! 2) Work out until you have passed out from exhaustion – anyone who does Crossfit knows better than anyone else just how far this method probably goes – many times further than one’s imagination can canonize! However physical exhaustion does not always go hand in hand
