How Old Do I Neet To Be To Join Crossfit?
32 = You can start CrossFit when you’re in your 20s. A few days ago I was watching X-Factor and one of the contestants (I don’t think she won, btw) said something like “You don’t have to be in your 20s to workout. You could start young” or maybe it was 17 years old? Anyway, this is not true and has been debunked by numerous people who run CrossFit gyms all over the world: http://crossfit.com/cfforum/messageview.cfm?catid=3&threadid=995926&pageNumber=1#M1074418 – posted by cjdmitch on Nov 30th, 2008 at 10:35am Q: Once one becomes Open can someone above 18 who has no kids compete? A: No. Sorry teamworkdude but we don’t allow anyone over 21 to compete…. We do hold events for them however if their goal is to become competitive or a member of a particular region then they should join a competing team that will help teach then how to achieve their goals while competing regularly with other teams that are close at their age level… See more here Now I know why this is asked regularly… 1st pillar membership is required until an athlete reaches his/her 21st birthday 1st pillar memberships last until death 2nd Pillar memberships last until 18 1st
