Crossfit Lifts And How To Properly Do Them?

Lots of people workout with weights. Many also claim to be “fit” because they are fit or have worked out regularly. Lots of folks work out consistently for years, and only recently discovered there was a word for what they were doing: “cardio”, which is short for aerobic exercise. They don’t think about strength training and never lift heavy weights (i.e., stuff like dumbbells, barbells or even kettle bells). These individuals make the assumption that simply working out will get them in shape without ever building any muscle mass; hence their light workout routines. Strength training helps you build muscle and give you great definition all over your body (i.e., “guns”). Strength training is like an insurance policy that helps prevent injuries from taking place while at the same time develops strong bones and joints so you can move freely every day! If we only worked on our minds we may never see change in our bodies. Unfortunately there is no magic wand or pills to take to get lean, defined muscles fast: it takes hard work and dedication coupled with determination!
