Crossfit How To Handle People Who Arent Rx?
Enough of this sub-zero bullshit already. When I first started doing CrossFit, one of the biggest problems that I had was getting people “into shape.” I could tell by how they walked, talked and movedtheir bodies that they weren’t fit enough to even be in the same room as me because their bodies were so out of rhythm. At any given time there are probably over 2000 other non-CrossFitters in LA alone who can beat me on any workout or cycle test but don’t because they choose not too…like most corporate corporate America economy where corporations make money off of other corporations instead of other people…but these words will change that for sure!
