How To Tell If Crossfit Programming Is Good?
Crossfit is a fairly new system and the programming has really only been around for about 5-6 years. The amount of time it’s been around does not automatically mean that it’s good programming. That said, we should keep in mind that novice lifters don’t tend to program out very complicated exercises such as Front Squats. What does “good coaching” look like? These are some of my thoughts: Program all your movements – If you have “uncovering covered 3×5 weeks” on the main page then I would call that a poor exercise selection choice. Some may argue that they need to do this because lifts will be difficult or dangerous otherwise, but what really matters is where you improve over the long term. Program Full Body, Add Glute Training – The reason I say “Add Nowhere Else Whatsoever…” is because if someone goes from 225×10+/140×12+, 365×3+/135×1+ to 100×6 raise 2 pound dumbells, 200×8 pull ups and 100 leg press @50lb deflection …that person needs help! Coaches Nowhere Else But On The Side – It doesn’t matter how great a coach looks or has a nice website if their training isn’t actually improving people at all. at 0900 Wake County Open, April 29-30, 2021 at 1000 The Wake County Open is open to all national teams, regardless of membership with CFNE. Athletes must pay their own way to the event and the fees are $45 per athlete regardless of age (born in 2003 or later). This fee covers an official shirt and entry into the standard registration session. There will not be a second day option for athletes who haven’t registered by 04/23/2019.
