Answer to that question is important for all of us. I have very good friends who were not even over 40 when they decided to do crossfit. They are much older now, but have maintained their level because, as my parents said “it is usually the change you least expect”. It got pretty funny at times, jokes about how bad they feel, being so sore after one workout! But at the same time it must have something to offer them!
