They are much older now, but have maintained their level because, as my parents said “it is usually the change you least expect”. It got pretty funny at times, jokes about how bad they feel, being so sore after one workout! But at the same time it must have something to offer them! Scientifically people are always looking for explanations behind sudden changes or behaviors that come out of nowhere. The general idea is that there might be no logical explanation behind why persons chose a behavior among all available alternatives and then succeed in maintaining it by adjusting their environment (environmentalist).
