The Crossfit Open, which is open to everyone over the age of 18, costs $405. The first is a solo setting sung to English texts and the other part consists of harmonisations using English words and texts to accompany the recording of both parts, if desired. • “Discovery Suite”, a song cycle for baritone saxophone and orchestra comprising 5 movements – an instrumental setting of “Kennefick” by Edvard Grieg based on his own poem in Norwegian (“Den gamle har perlen i hånden”) set in performance in 2014 with Gintaras Baltrušaitis on baritone saxophone accompanied by Tern Lassmanns – followed by an animated folk-medieval encore entitled “Lang sommerlyd og ved kvisten meg” – 3 versions for different instrumental combinations each incorporating certain sections from the piece “Kennefick”.
