What Kind Of Crossfit Class To Start With?

There are a couple different ways to approach a crossfit class depending on your fitness level. Some people prefer to take a lower intensity workout with a maximum of 10 minutes in the gym whereas others prefer higher intensity workouts with 30 or more minutes in the gym. Personally I feel that if you aren’t used to exercise, it is best to start out with shorter workouts and build up slowly from there. This allows you to work at your own pace, making sure you get the most out of each workout without hurting yourself! For this reason, I have created 3 different classes that range from 8-15 minutes for beginners all the way up to 45+ minutes for serious athletes who want a great recovery workout after intense functional strength work.
