Crossfit How Many Times A Week By Age?

I would think that if you’re in early 20s and 30s it’s 3x a week. If you’re 50+ then I’d say 2 or 3 times a week. 1465 days ago I would think that if you’re in early 20s and 30s it’s 3x a week.
