No, the WODS won’t allow you to view other gym leaderboards – CrossFit® Affiliate Gyms (such as your affiliate gym) and like-minded non-CrossFit® gyms cannot share their rankings. However, you can follow all of your friends that are competing in the open Competition Event.
Q: What is the schedule for Open?
A: The main schedule will be announced following registration opening on Monday, June 26th. There will be an additional checkin site open at Campus Recreation facilities at 8:30am for those who may need to compete after 12pm. Checkout times will be between 1:30 and 3 pm for this separate competition bracket as well as the first 2 rounds of Open WODs scored by heat format. Competition ends Sunday night at midnight, but individual heats may continue past then if participants choose to do so based on timing cap requirements or other factors pertaining to their event(s). Location specific details will be provided later in the broadcast week by private email and through our broadcast messaging system. Good luck!

A: A Barbell is any iron object manufactured to repeatedly support weights overhead including dumbells etc., Preferably a flat metal bar weighing from 10kg – 60kghd with varying thicknesses used depending on individual preference/
