CrossFit Endurance’s principles are pretty simple. Work at your capacity for 15 minutes, rest for 8. Use that energy to work until you can’t go one more minute, then walk over and check out the rack of GHD machines (GHD = gym quality dumbbells) for an interval session. Take 2-3 minutes to recover between intervals. With one marathon under my belt right now I have been doing CrossFit since 12/31/2012 so it is important I be honest about what kind of shape I was in when I started CrossFit Endurance.
