With all these ‘crossfit injuries,’ you may be wondering how keep your hands from tearing? You should know that everyone, including myself (lol), has their own method for preventing injury to their hands; it doesn’t always work—but it can help. So, without further ado… Here’s my secret plan: Keep a towel handy and wipe off anything that drips into your body when you get done with a set or if you get an elbow or knee don’t lick it! Trust me, we’ve all been there! Avoid rubbing raw skin with your dry fingers too much and wear gloves when using weight-loaded equipment like barbells so they don’t tear up easily. In other words take care of yourself the best way possible the injury will probably come eventually but try not to let it happen when working out hard days in a row so heels away from them if they do happen to rip!
