How Many Times Per Week Crossfit For Beginners?

I hear this question a lot. Before I answer it, let me tell you that I have no idea. And I don’t care either because the answer is too complicated for that. It depends on your goals, training level, recovery status and much more… “How many times per week should Crossfit be done?” is basically hard to answer with one good solid number! Nevertheless, here are three recommendations. But these are not rules; they are guidelines based on my personal experience and other factors (which will be discussed below). No matter how often you do Crossfit or other forms of high intensity interval training like Capoeira or BJJ. For every session you should do at least three main movements: two compound exercises (Squat, Press) and one mobility movement (row/curl). Here is an example of the WOD workouts that you can use as reference because WHen working out correctly they equal 45 minutes/week if done twice per week: Monday – Back Squat + Press Session 1 – 5 reps off floor, 3 warm up sets each variation = 3 x 10-20 reps + 5 sec hold at top position 2 – 2 reps off floor = 2 X 7-15 + 15 seconds flat back angle 3 – 1 rep off floor = 4 X 4-10 reps 4 – 20 yards sprints / baby jog repeat 20 times Repeat S2 -S3 20 times each for time Session 2 – E
