I’m 5 foot 7 inches tall/136lbs and I weigh in about 145lbs. So i live in california but im trying to get into crossfit for the health benefits only I’ve been wanting to shed some lbs so i can start weight lifting to help me build muscles and lose the fat thats still out there. It would be really nice if someone could recommend a good workout plan for me so i dont gain back all the weight again…thanks!
