i just got back from the gym, i took a day off and wanted to do some running and take it easy lol.
I think we can all agree that this is one of the hardest questions to answer and possibly also the most important one. So I did what I always like to do: Packed up my gym bag and went for a walk in downtown Vancouver – yes walking… walking is great, walking helps you get your head straight, walking helps clear your mind, walking can be done anywhere at any time (not only when you’re at the gym) it’s relaxing. Walking helps me get into that zone or that “flow state”. Now if we want to raise our productivity while we’re traveling we probably need something else than just stepping out without giving too much thought about what to put in our bags and why should we pack it there?
So here comes the list: Those things should go in your backpack / workout bag along with some other items considered as essentials & during my run through downtown I collect these items:
kitchen towel : because you never know where you will find an electrical outlet or find yourself unable to cook stuff inside your tent…who wants to eat cold food on such a hot summer day?? not me! so bring a kitchen towel …you won’t regret! I use mine every day for sure !
