That’s a great question. It depends on how much you want to participate in this fitness trend. Once again, it comes down to personal choice. Some people want to go full-time, others just do it for a week, a month or a few months before quitting forever. But the truth is that if you keep going with Crossfit then there will be times when your training sessions will be very hard and sometimes downright impossible. You might not be able to finish them or simply endure them because you didn’t have enough time during the workout itself, but still – you made it! Crossfit Games – The 2021 Season Schedule Beginning With The Open March 11
The CrossFit Games season starts with the Open in March each year. For those who do not recognize, “the Open” is what we affectionately refer to as the “Opening Weekend”, and all sanctioned CrossFit Games competitions run throughout that week alone. After that weekend wraps up, there is a small break and then the following eight-weeks of regional competitions begin to crown Individual and Team winners, along with placing athletes in qualification for The CrossFit Games – which takes place August 24-26 at the StubHub Center in Carson , California .
