How To Do A Muscle Up On Bar Crossfit?
I’m not sure if I can get a muscle up on my bar. When I’m swings at the end of the workout I hit it pretty hard since I got stuck in a bad groove. Sometimes even when I make moves to correct myself it ends up coming off my chest due to momentum, what’s been causing this?Also, is there anything you can do with your biceps?
