A. We all know that Crossfit is insane, but it does get people really great results. If you are looking to quickly get in shape I would strongly recommend giving this a go… But something you should be aware of is the hard work. For me, the hardest part has been keeping my intensity high for each workout/week or two cause what seems like easy days during my first few weeks with CFE (which really also include some late nights and early mornings) became very tough as my muscles weren’t liking me as much as they used too.

I started working out at least 20 years ago now and found weight training was not enough until about 3-4 years ago when I realized how often there were newer and better ways to do things and still put forth great results without having to push myself too hard AND ruining your joints with old school traditional bodybuilding workouts where rep ranges drowns men into saggy skin and causes them to never eat right… which takes away form their metabolism….(see also: weak ass…lol). Although we’ve had our Nano for 6 months there are still no visible signs of wear. We are extremely impressed with how well it has held up, despite being used on a daily basis by both our girls.
