You should weigh at least 150 pounds to compete in the Crossfit Games. Although weight isn’t always set in stone, it is essential that you are within this range when signing up for the Open. Below is a breakdown of the weight requirements for various divisions. The above tables show how much weight certain players should weigh to compete at Regionals.
