I’ve been trying to get my deadlift done, but it keeps getting marked down as a heavy 1 rep. Shouldn’t that be recorded as a 0 rep? I’m not sure where the 0 rep mark should be…only 30 seconds between scores? -Andrea-
No, your deadlift should have been recorded even though you didn’t lift the weight all the way up to lock out. It was called a “1 st .05” and for this stat it’s “0 reps”. You can change that into whatever metter you want (heavier or less) and then put in the time of how long it took you to do each round. Hope this helps!
What Did Sara Sigmundsdottir Look Like Before Crossfit?
Crossfit got under the skin of the tiny country of Iceland. The population is only 300,000, but has 42 million people worldwide follow their Olympics Team on social media. Crossfitters non-stop use social media while they train. Crossfitters even make fun videos for Facebook Live while they train; which can be seen all over the world.
