I do the program you outlined with small tweaks as I find them.
It’s not ideal at all…it’s a lot of low reps so it can be pretty exhausting…so I usually have to take a day or two off every once in a while if I feel some soreness from those heavier movements/variations.
But it works for me! 🙂 go heavy on the Dips, Pushups, Pullups, etc. Eat well and sleep after your workouts too 😉 And remember that what feels hard is just a small window into true physical exhaustion ~ this workout may not leave you completely exhausted or incapacitated but your body will thank you for that effort later. Perseverance pays off at long last!!! 😀
