How To Add Your Team Points In The Crossfit Open?

2018-06-29

CrossFit Challenge, part 2!!! If you missed Part 1, check it out here! I started the Crossfit Open last week, November 6th. My plan was to complete 12 weeks of Level 5 workouts, then do a mini-taper before the final push into my very first open competition on December 18th. A recap of that can be found here. It was a pretty good fit for my schedule as I have never competed in an open and this would allow me to get some experience before competing back home in January 2018. The first six weeks were a breeze as I hadn’t done any strength or interval training so I felt really strong at those times. However during Week 7 I was hit with a sudden bout of upper body soreness and/or fatigue. Hence why my final three workouts ended up being cancelled until Monday … but that’s another story for another time! In order to warm myself up for this competition, my original plan was to use only Level 5 Workouts from last month but quickly realized that most of those movements wouldn’t be able to assist me in my quest for WOD perfection from day one because most attempts would end up off spot due to fatigue or muscle aches after a long weekend of lifting heavy objects again. So instead I decided to branch off and look at some different techniques – more on those later – and instead used some additional movements from last year’s level 4 Training Loads

What Equipment Do You Need For Crossfit At Home?

Essentially, cross fit equipment is the same as any other sport related equipment that you would buy for your home gym. You will need to be aware of what type of facility you are training in. If it is an accredited centre then they will have different sets of equipment available to use. This guide can be used when looking at crossfit equipment if you are unsure how else to go about finding the right exercises to do or even if it fits with what you already own! There are lots of items out there for sale online but not all are created equal. We recommend buying from reputable websites rather than eBay. Crossfit Equipment + Crossfit Equipment Rental Guide
