I’m not a beginner. I’ve been doing Crossfit for a year and a half now 5 days a week. How can you tell me these are beginner exercises? If this is one of the first workouts theyve done, then it should be heavy on beginner movements because its their introduction to crossfit training. I have been going to CF for over two years and I cover all different types of workouts ranging from Beginner 1- Intermediate/Advanced, mostly based on number of reps as opposed to weight being lifted. Regarding those exercises that were listed as “breathing drags” or just “drag”, dont give up if you cant do them, there will come another day when you can do them:) It would be easiest if they could show these moves right before the “scary looking strength moves”. But this is how we learn; we find what we want to learn and we go out and work towards it! Making excuses about why something is physically difficult or mentally challenging will only lead to greater disappointment in your fitness progress future- along with long term issues such as depression and anxiety.:-) Good luck everyone! 😀
