What Is The Purpose Of Open Gym Crossfit?

Open gyms are an excellent choice when you do not want to commit to a large monthly fee, but still want the benefits of CrossFit. These gyms offer more flexibility when it comes to scheduling and offering classes (there are typically guest trainers/guests in attendance), but the loss in equipment and coaching is lessened. If you have a friend who might be interested, set them up with a trial membership- a risk free way for them to experience what our gym has to offer. You can also join us at 1:1 sessions or come by on Saturdays- we’ll always have time for you! If all else fails, walk across the street to get your 1:1 workout!
