How Do Crossfit Boxes Come Up With Wods?

One great thing about CrossFit is that no workout is the same. Just like any other sport or activity, one of its biggest advantages is how it can make you feel completely different after each workout. The workouts are planned out and made to be specific, but they always change. The nature of working out at a box makes sure that there’s no repetition in these workouts and that everyone does something new while still performing the same muscle groups. It also keeps everyone engaged by making it work for all skill and fitness levels and causes people to push themselves beyond their limits while making sure they’re able to catch up afterward. The people at CrossFit boxes come up with ten WODs (or movements) every month so people could do two training sessions over two days apiece. This allows both beginners and veterans to get their regimen in because WODs tend not to be too long so it doesn’t take away from someone’s day outside of wanting time to recover again the next day. That being said, if people find one they want more than another, they’ve got 12 choices-12 WOD options—to choose from every week with even more being added as time goes on, so it’s hard ever have less than twelve! There are 15 required movements per workout which are followed by an optional three rounds comprising anywhere between between 10–16 reps each round depending on the level of difficulty set by the coach leading the class or just plain old feeling comfortable with doing more reps
