If you’re looking at your heat sheet, take a minute and check the “WODs” section. These are “Workout Of The Day” or “WODs” for short. If you see a bunch of numbers listed in a row – this is not what I mean by Crossfit Open WODs. Many people will refer to these as “Rx+ Rx+ Rx+12…etc..” I would argue that those should be done as 20-25 minutes instead of 45 minutes to maximize time on each station, since it wastes precious weight room time.
