Q: Have you received confirmation from the WOD about the age minimums for scaled down divisions?

A: In previous years, there was a 21 year minimum for scaled down divisions. This year it has been bumped up to 24 years old or have an acceptable powerlifting record. We want this event to be as open as possible so send us a message with your powerlifting info if you’d like a chance at scaling down! 🙂
