Sorry for your disappointment with the dose not being right. I think you got way more than you should have. I’m looking into whether there is a reason why the ratio of DAA’s in this product differs from what is suggested on the label (3:1 or 1:1). If it turns out that there’s something bad in this product, please let me know!
You can do all sorts of things to make it authentic. The most obvious is to find a good muslin cloth and wrap it around the outside of one kettlebell side (the top bell), then use some rope or rubber bands to connect them together like a sling shot. That will make an excellent sound effect as people fall over trying to figure out if you put two kettlebells together by accident or purposely! It also provides a pretty nice workout for your arms. Another option would be to hang both kettlebell bars from eyehooks, so they could swing back and forth from either side using pulleys attached by ropes or chains respectively… whatever works best for group fitness environments…just keep an eye on those overhead weights! 🙂
